Be a good neighbour
Post honestly, help rather than lecture, and keep it kind. No harassment, hate, spam or illegal content. We ask questions when we don't know — that's the culture here.
Your content
What you post stays yours. You give us permission to show it to the people you chose to share it with, so the app can work. You're responsible for what you post.
Moderation
Anyone can flag a post or answer. The founder reviews flags by hand and may hide content that breaks these terms. There are no automated bans.
Passing things on
Pass It On and Rescue are an awareness layer, not a marketplace or a courier. We don't broker, transport, inspect or guarantee any item. Anything you take or leave is between you and your neighbours, at your own risk.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from using it.
Changes & law
We may update these terms; we'll note the date above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
