Raggedy Bag helps neighbours make everyday care for waste visible. We collect as little as we can, never sell your data, and run no advertising or behavioural tracking.

What we hold

Your handle (chosen or auto-generated); your email only if you add one; the building or postcode you choose; the posts, answers, photos and reactions you create; whether you opted in to the Sunday question (and, if so, a push subscription for this device); and which onboarding step you reached.

Why

To run the app: show your record, share what you choose to share with your building or postcode, send the Sunday question if you opted in, and compute building totals that never break down by person. The founder reviews flagged content by hand.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database, sign-in and photo storage, hosted in the EU/London), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim (building lookup during onboarding). They process data on our behalf and not for their own purposes.

Cookies

Only a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data. You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, any time, from Settings. For anything else, contact us below.
